September 24th 7-9pm: Join us for an evening of good company as we gather to discuss this poignant novel. After our conversation, we’ll take inspiration from Sybil’s correspondence and write a note of our own. Then we’ll create a wax seal using colorful sealing-wax sticks and a low-temperature glue gun, a simple, modern twist on traditional sealing wax. Beautiful stationery and all materials will be provided. Enjoy the shop after hours with a special discount for event attendees. Hosted at A Rooted Home, 237 W. Wilson.
Book-club admission is included when you purchase your copy of The Correspondent from A Rooted Home. Already have the book or prefer to borrow it? Join us for $5 at this link (includes light refreshments and activities for the evening).
Guests will also receive 20% off purchases for the evening and an additional 20% off coupon to be used in October.
Space is limited and due to event capacity, tickets are non-refundable.
